Note: When working with the fuel system, do not smoke, keep the flame or spark away from the working area, and remember to let the gasoline pressure out when the engine is turned off.

1. Wrap the waste cloth around a fuel filter and place it underneath it.
2. Let the fuel pressure drop.
A. Unplug the negative battery cable from the battery.
B. Remove the fuel tank cover.
C. Use a square head spanner to loosen the fuel line 6mm maintenance bolt while holding the special bolt with another spanner.
D. Cover the 6mm maintenance bolt with a rag or waste cloth.
E. Slowly loosen the 6mm maintenance bolt by 1 turn
3. Remove the 12mm bolt and fuel input pipe from the fuel filter;
4. Remove the fuel clip filter and fuel filter;
5. Replace the gaskets and install in reverse order.
Note: Thoroughly clean the flare fitting of the high-pressure hose before reconnecting it.
6. Tighten the bolts to a torque of 22 Nm, the fuel filter clamping bolts to a torque of 10 Nm, and the high pressure hose to a torque of 38 Nm.
How to install chemical oil filter elements?
A disposable integrated petrol filter is often used with popular small petrol engine variants. Because the filter housing is transparent, the filthy state of the filter element is visible from the outside. When it's time to replace the filter, follow these steps:
1. Get a new gasoline filter ready (same construction as the original filter such as honda jazz air filter).
2. Loosen the pipe clamp fastening screws;
3. Remove the old petrol filter and replace it;
4. Tighten the pipe clamp screws on the inlet and outlet pipes;
5. Wipe up any gasoline spilled with a rag;
6. Start the engine and check for oil leaks.
Note: Before refueling the filter, make a careful note of the import and export positions; reverse refueling is not permitted.
