2020 Filton Annual Recognition of Individuals and Teams

As time goes by, the year of the rat was at an ending in a blink of an eye. Looking back on this year, it was easy to see busy and passionate Filton people at any time who were always trying their best on working. Recently, Filton organized the "2020 Filton Annual Excellent Recognition Ceremony" to select individuals and teams who have made outstanding contributions to the company in 2020.


The meeting was presided over by Chen Hao, who is the deputy general manager of Filton. Besides, Qiu Baolin, who is the general manager of Filton, attended the ceremony and delivered a speech.


At the ceremony, the general manager (Qiu Baolin) first expressed his gratitude to the employees for their hard work in the past year, as well as gave commendations to those employees who performed excellently. He talked to the awarded employees: "The honor you have was earned by yourself and you deserve it! The company is proud of you. The company's vision is always to achieve the material and spiritual happiness of more people and make contributions to the development of society. I hope we can work together to create a legend!"

Besides, the deputy general manager (Chen Hao) also mentioned many times during the ceremony that one of the company's core values is "cultivating talents", which means cultivating outstanding employees and improving their qualities. At the same time of development, the company needs to continuously pursue the service concept of high quality and short delivery time, and follow the customer-based service attitude. Mr. Chen expressed his blessing to the winners while he was encouraging everyone to not forget their original aspirations and keep hardworking, and create more wonderful moments in their life.

Award-winning individuals and team spirit


"Gold will glitter forever." The sentence is applicable not only for individuals but also for teams.


As a senior employee of Filton, Lisuo Mu has been actively learning various skills for more than nine years. As a front-line worker, he can do multiple jobs alone. And he is also one of the few employees in the company who can repair and calibrate the laser radio frequency marking machines. Also, the jet ink header LOGO of most of the company's OEM customers' are made by him. Meanwhile, he is a skilled talent with multiple positions and he often goes wherever needed. Although his job position changes frequently, he works hard and takes responsibility in every position without any mistakes.


Casting is one of the important processes of PU air filters. The Casting Unit 1 team of Filton produced nearly 1.5 million auto filters in 2020. The output is ahead of other teams with an annual average scrap rate of only 0.2%. The whole team actively cooperated and finished each task assigned by leaders conscientiously and responsibly. In particular, the team leader raced against time with a meticulous attitude. Also, he implemented online all-checking for each product and had no tolerance for any defective products.
